Another bowling year has come to an end and as per tradition, we got together for lunch after the final pin dropped.
Most of us did, anyway. And some even outfitted themselves in their best Christmas garb.

Today, we returned to the alley to bowl in our final day.
Tim had a wonderful day with a score of 206! (WOW!)
After bowling we returned to our accommodation and again, some slept and some went for a walk.
Dinner was at Gilhooleys – an Irish Restaurant in the heart of Brisbane.

Sightseeing Day!
No bowling – great relief for the bowlers.
Today we had a fantastic ride on the Aquaduck, which is an amphibious vehicle.
Some of us even drove the thing...
After our tour around Surfers Paradise we took a walk to the beach then had a very filling lunch at Hard Rock Café. Some dropped in to purchase Krispy Kreme Donuts and when we returned to our accommodation, some bowlers slept while others went for a walk in the Botanic Gardens which is directly opposite us.
Dinner was at the Phoenix Chinese Restaurant in Brisbane.
